VISUAL: Kind of short and scrawny-looking, with long, blonde hair (always braided) and brown eyes. She wears a very distinctive-looking pair of red, plastic-framed glasses. REF.
AURAL: Kind of shrill, honestly? Her VA is Mao Ichimichi.
OLFACTORY: Probably just plain soap.
DEMEANOUR: Friendly, but not always easy to get along with. Tomi doesn't seem to struggle much with integrating into a new group of friends, but she does tend to be a bit prickly with people who rub her the wrong way.

BACKTAGGING: Go for it! I try to get to my tags at least a few times a week, but I'll backtag forever.
FOURTHWALLING: Feel free, within reason.
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Go for it! Her reaction'll vary depending on your character, but that's fun.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Minor injuries (cuts, bruises, scrapes, etc) are fine to assume without checking in; I'm generally down for threading out things that are 'worse' than that, but run it by me first!
RELATIONSHIPS: Sure! F/F and M/F are both fine. For castmates, I like her with Ogata, Iori, Miwako, and Megumi, but I'm generally pretty flexible and open to trying most things.
